*The County Highway Superintendent is an annually appointed official by the County Board of Commissioners.
*The County Highway Superintendent shall develop an Annual Road Improvement Plan for the construction of roads and bridges.
*The County Highway Superintendent shall be the Superintendent of the construction of all roads, bridges, culverts, road ditch improvements and their maintenance, and make or cause to be made plans specifications for all road improvements, bridges and culverts.
